Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy sets out what you may and may not do with Milemate. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

You must not

• Falsify, inflate or fabricate trip, mileage or earnings records to evade tax, mislead a tax authority, or commit fraud.
• Use the service to launder money or to represent that Milemate collected or handled fares — it does not.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
• Attempt to present generated records as certified tax, accounting or legal filings.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, scrape, or overload the service, or bypass usage limits and security.
• Upload malware or unlawful, harassing or infringing material.

Your compliance responsibilities

You remain responsible for your driver licensing (including any PHV / taxi licence), insurance, roadworthiness, passenger safety, and for filing accurate tax returns under your local rules. Milemate is an organisational aid, not a compliance authority.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to the authorities where required. Report misuse to support@mawiktouurs.shop.
