Your inputs
You keep all rights in the trip notes, mileage, earnings and expense figures you enter or import. You grant MAWIK TOURS LTD a limited licence to process them solely to operate the service for you — generating summaries, charts, expense lists and recap media, and letting you store and export them.
Generated records
Subject to your payment of any applicable fees, the records Milemate generates from your inputs are yours to use for your own record-keeping, accounting and tax preparation. You are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy before you rely on or share them.
No training on your data
We do not use your inputs, generated records or uploaded files to train AI models, ours or a third party's. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
Our intellectual property
The Milemate software, brand, templates, sample charts and site content are owned by MAWIK TOURS LTD and provided under licence for use of the service. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them except as the service allows.
