Getting started+
Open the workspace, describe your day's trips or enter the figures, and generate your first earnings and mileage summary in under a minute.
Exports & records+
Every record can be downloaded as a PDF report, a CSV ledger, or chart PNGs. Fleet plans add a weekly recap video. All exports carry a records-only note.
Business vs private mileage+
Enter your total miles and how many were personal — Milemate keeps a running split for your tax-time records. You control the figures; we never reconcile against a platform account.
Billing & subscription+
Plans are billed in USD through Stripe. Manage or cancel from the customer portal; the current period stays active. See the Refund & Cancellation policy for details.
Privacy & deletion+
Earnings and location-type entries are sensitive; we minimise what we keep and let you delete your records. See the Privacy Policy for retention and rights.
